We are The Cracker Company, which is operated and run by That's Crackers Ltd.

How to Shop

ALL orders should be completed on this website please, using our secure checkout and payment process.

We do not have retail premises to accommodate personal callers.

We sell to the UK only, not overseas.  Some items are not available to the “highlands and islands” of the UK due to size or weight and the limitations imposed by delivery companies.  These limitations are stated in the product pages, where appropriate.

Completion of a Contract

When placing an order with The Cracker Company, a binding contract will exist as soon as an accepted payment method is received by us and the sale completed. You will have been required to enter data in order to complete our simple checkout process and then confirm a payment. You will receive an order acknowledgement email to confirm receipt of your order.  If this does not arrive, please check your spam folders, letting us know if it is still missing.

Order Problems

Whilst we do everything we can to ensure that your parcel arrives in a timely way, in perfect condition and meets your expectations, mistakes and problems do occasionally happen.  If this is the case, we have outlined options for resolution of the issues under our returns and refunds policy.

All orders must be paid at the time an order is placed.  We do not offer credit facilities.

Discount & Voucher Codes

We do not submit discount codes to discount websites, any codes promoted on these sites are not genuine.  Our best price is always offered on our website.

Should any discount be offered directly to you by us, the discount code should be quoted at checkout and cannot be applied to orders retrospectively.

Bulk & Multiple Purchases 

We ensure that our prices are kept at a minimum level for all customers irrespective of order size. Therefore, we do not normally offer reduced prices on multiple purchases.

However, if you would like to make bulk purchases, where you consider lower prices may be appropriate, please feel free to contact us.  It doesn’t hurt to ask!

Prices & VAT

As part of our commitment to always offer the highest quality items at the best price, we continually review our prices and flex them accordingly.  Any price changes will not affect any orders already completed.  

All prices and transactions are in £sterling.

We are VAT registered, our VAT number is GB397855130.

A VAT invoice is automatically emailed to all customers, you do not need to request this.

Health & Safety

Many of our items are unsuitable for children under three years of age, and where appropriate will carry the CE safety markings for toy safety.  For safety reasons, we would suggest that no item purchased from this site, is given to, or used by, any child under three years of age.

Please exercise extra care with plastic bags, adhesives, scissors and other items we sell as they can expose the crafters, and those younger than them, to risk of harm if misused. 

Please ensure that the appropriate supervision given and safety warnings are noted and acted upon accordingly.

It is PROHIBITED for any images, descriptions or instructions to be downloaded from this site and reused in any other medium, without express written agreement having been secured first from us or the copyright owner.

Evidence to support copyright and dates of first use by us are retained by a specialist company.

We respect the creativity and copyrights of individuals and companies alike and we will continue to protect our own, taking any necessary action to do so.  Please do not replicate our creativity or designs.

Resale

With the exception of crackers purchased as bespoke order, our complete cracker making kits cannot be resold in any format or in any environment. Our plain crackers can be used to make crackers and then resold but our design and printed crackers cannot be resold in any format, due to copyright restrictions.

Bespoke Orders

If you require a bespoke product, you only need to reach out to us with details and we will be able to help you explore this option.  There will obviously be minimum order numbers on these, which will vary depending on what is required.  We’re more than happy to explore any option with you though.
